Rest is not a reward, it’s a necessity!

Our story

Our journey has been anything, but ordinary. Through every step and late night conversation, we've focused on staying true to our purpose and honest in our delivery.

What began as a passion project has evolved into something more. We’re proud of where we’ve been and even more excited for what’s ahead. What sets us apart isn’t just our mission, but rather the heart behind it. Here we welcome every version of you to pause, breathe, and simply be.

Who We Are

What We Do

Why We Do It

Who We’re Not

We provide a space where we don't care about your perfection. The Resting Space is an intentional place where you can step away from the noise of daily life and find genuine connection. Through shared moments, community support, and intentional pauses, we help you prioritize the rest we all badly need.

You shouldn't have to earn the right to rest. Somewhere along the way, society convinced us that taking a break is a luxury reserved for the finish line. We reject that. Rest is essential fuel for your mind, body, and well being. We built this space to dismantle the pressure of perfectionism and give women permission to put themselves back on their own priority list.

Just so we’re on the same page sis: We are not a space where you have to earn your keep or prove your worth. This isn’t a space for toxic positivity, unsolicited advice or judging how someone else handles their seasons. We are not here to fix you because we don’t believe you are broken. We are simply a sisterhood to lift you up when the world demands too much.

We are a community where you are finally allowed to just be. A collective of women who understand that life is beautifully messy. Whether you want to share your whole story or simply need someone to sit in silence with you, you’ve found your people. This is a place to let your guard down, fall apart a little, cry if you need to, or scream if you want to.No matter what version of you shows up on any given day we will still be here.

This was built for you

  • You are accomplished — and running on empty.

  • You are craving real connection - not networking, not hustle culture.

  • You are in search of community, not competition

  • You are done explaining yourself to people who mean well, but can’t quite see you.

  • You know something needs to shift - you just need a place to land first.
